I can now comfortably die with a life complete. On Monday, June 2nd, I saw Iron Maiden perform live at the White River Amphitheater near Seattle. I have, literally, been waiting 22 years to see them live. When I was in middle school and high school and they came to Portland for Somewhere In Time and Seventh Son of a Seventh Son, I was broke. When they came to Portland in 1996 for The X Factor, they canceled at the last minute.

This show was, basically, a re-mix of all their class tours from the 80's and early 90's. They even had the giant Eddie mummy with sparks shooting from his eyes from the World Slavery Tour. Hopefully without sounding like too much of an old dork, it was fucking awesome!
